In order to successfully deliver the product (s), the presence of the Customer (or other person appointed by the Customer) is required at the indicated address.

If the delivery cannot be successful, Repo Red will attempt to contact the customer at the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase, with the intention of defining and resolving the problems of non-delivery. If the attempt fails, the purchase order will be considered void. Repo Red will communicate the cancellation via e-mail to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase. In this case, if the customer had already paid for the product (s), we will refund the full amount by deducting the costs incurred for the delivery attempts and for the collection of the product (s).

Upon receipt of the delivery, the Customer must check the package for visible damage, alterations, and to ensure that the package is not altered in its closing parts.

All orders are processed in EURO (EUR, €).

The delivery time of the order is approximately 2-7 working days from shipment, from Monday to Friday, except for unforeseen events due to customs clearance operations.

Please make sure the shipping address is correct as we are unable to change your order information once the goods have left our warehouse and are on their way. We also cannot fulfill an order where a PO Box, APO / FPO, or Freight Forwarder address is listed as the delivery address.

Products that are returned due to problems caused by the courier / customs will be returned by Repo Red without any additional costs to be paid by the customer.

VAT

If the final destination of your order is to be considered in the Schengen area you will not have to worry about paying additional costs due to VAT or customs duties. If the final destination is outside the Schengen area at the time of the order, the final cost will not include VAT, which will be applied after arrival at customs along with any other customs tax.
