Returns and Exchanges
We have created all the REPO shoe models to accompany you everywhere, that's why if you need to make an exchange or a return, we are at your disposal to help you in the best possible way in the return and exchange procedures.
In the event that you wish to change the model or size of the shoes you have purchased, from 1 to 25 December 2022, REPO undertakes to guarantee you a free exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. If you wish to return the shoes you have ordered, you can contact us and we will arrange the return of your order. In this case we will refund the amount spent but the return costs, equal to €10, will be at your expense.
Change size: contact our customer service by writing email@example.com indicating the order number, the product you received and the size or model of what you want, the collection address and the waybill number that you find in your package. We will check the warehouse to verify product availability and, if so, we will organize the collection of the package at the address you indicated without incurring additional costs for you.

We guarantee a refund for any item purchased on REPO (https://www.reporedshoes.com/), once it is returned in its original condition within 14 days of its receipt (extended to 30 days if you buy from 1 to 25 December). We do our best to meet the needs of our customers and to make the return process fast and accurate. We remind you that the costs of returning the product are at your expense and amount to €10.
To make a valid and effective return, please follow the following good practices:
- Keep the items and packaging in good condition;
- You can decide to return the product or products, if you have not used them. We recommend that you take good care of them as long as they remain in your possession. The products must be returned intact, undirty, unwashed, unaltered and unworn (except to try them on) and returned in the same state in which they were sold to you. Any label or tag must remain intact and the product must be returned in its original packaging.
- To exercise your rights to cancel the contract, you must send us all the information necessary for the return procedure by email by writing to email@example.com the name and surname with which you placed the order, your telephone number, the address where the product or products will be picked up and the reason for the return.
- We will organize the collection of the products by courier, you make sure that the products are in a well packed package.
- For refund operations, remember that these take place within 14 (fourteen) calendar days (extended to 30 days if you purchased between 1 and 25 December) from the date on which we receive the product or products returned to specified address. Any refund from us will be made to the payment method provided at the time of ordering and will be subject to Repo's right to withhold charges for products which are found damaged on return and a €10 return charge. We remind you that if you have chosen the cash on delivery method of payment, the refund that will be made to you by bank transfer has longer processing times of 45 working days.
All returns are subject to verification by REPO, we must make sure that the returned products are still in their original condition We will only accept returns or requests for exchange or refund only for products that were purchased on the website ( https://www.reporedshoes.com/). We remind you that incomplete, damaged, worn, dirty or altered items will not be accepted and therefore returned.

In case of defective products: if you are not satisfied with one of your purchases and you think that the products you have received may be defective due to a manufacturing error, contact us by e- mail by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. In this case, we recommend that you give us as much information as possible about the product and the order, possibly including one or more detailed photos.
When you return a defective product to us, we will examine the returned product and notify you of the refund by email within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process your refund as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 calendar days (30 days if you purchased between December 1st and December 25th) from the day we have confirmed to you by email that you are entitled to a refund for the defective product. Products returned due to a fault will be refunded in full, including any delivery charges incurred when purchasing and returning the product. In the event of a defective product, any customs or import duties imposed on defective products returned to Italy will be paid by REPO.
Right of withdrawal
Unless an exception occurs, the User may have the right to withdraw from the contract within the term specified below (usually 14 days) for any reason and without justification, as established by Legislative Decree 206 /2005.
